FAQs
Where does your coffee come from?
Our coffee beans are bought directly from farmers, to ensure that those growing the coffee are paid a better than standard wage for their coffee. Our coffee is also roasted locally, to ensure that you are receiving the freshest coffee possible. We work with farmers who are using sustainable practices, so that our customers can be sure they are getting high quality coffee, while at the same time helping to support farmers who are doing things the right way.
How often do you ship?
Because our coffee is roast to order, we roast and ship once a week. All orders placed by Sunday at 8:00pm CST, will be roasted by the end of the week and shipped as soon as possible. If you choose to subscribe to monthly deliveries, you will continue to receive your coffee at monthly intervals until you choose to cancel your subscription.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
You can cancel your subscription by logging in to your account and choosing to cancel. You will then receive any coffee you have already paid for, and then you will not be billed again.
How Fresh Will My Coffee Be?
Our goal is to have coffee delivered to your door within 7-10 days of the date it is roasted.
Can I Pick Up Coffee Locally?
If you live in the Northwest Arkansas area, you can pick orders up locally. The same deadline to order applies, but you can select local pickup at checkout, and pick up the coffee in Farmington Arkansas once it is ready. Please do not select local pickup if you can't pick up your order in Northwest Arkansas, because if you do so we will cancel your order and refund your payment minus a 5% restocking fee.
What if my Church or place of business wants to serve your coffee?
We do offer special pricing to churches, organizations and businesses that are willing to place a subscription for a minimum of 8 bags of coffee each month. We also offer a discount for anyone who places a one time order of at least 10 bags. Please fill out the contact form on our website for details. There is a link to the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Why purchase beans instead of ground?
Our goal is to provide you with the freshest coffee that we possibly can, which is why we would prefer to ship only whole bean coffee. We offer a ground option for those who would prefer to have it ground, but we do believe that your coffee will be much fresher and taste much better if you receive it in whole bean form and grind it just prior to brewing.
Do you plan to carry more coffee options?
Yes. We are looking into adding other roasts, blends, and single origin options in the near future.
If you have any more questions, feel free to fill out the contact form on our website and send them our way!
